Evelyn and Bill's home is a fairly typical example of Chicora/Cherokee housing that has been well maintained. Though we have a number of apartment complexes and houses that have not been well maintained, our neighborhood is full of potentially beautiful living spaces. |

Chicora Elementary. In 2004 Metanoia led a neighborhood campaign to keep this school open in its same location. Thanks to our efforts a new school is promised to be built on the existing sight in 2009. |
