This house at 1824 Success St. is Metanoia's first home rehabilitation project. The home was abandoned for more than 10 years. The photos that follow track the homes rehabilitation progress.
The construction sign goes up on 1824 Success St. and construction begins on June 7, 2005.

Before construction 1824 Success Street contained a large garment shop in the front and an apartment in the back. One could not get to the apartment without walking around the outside of the house. Here we see the pre-construction garment shop area, complete with old fabrics.
The first coat of paint goes onto 1824 and new windows and doors are installed.

This home was also rehabbed in the summer of 2005. It was previously damaged in a fire.
