PRAY & SERVE!!

Volunteer Opportunities:

We frequently host volunteers who work with Metanoia on a variety of projects.  All of Metanoia's volunteer projects are driven by the same community leadership process that determines the rest of our work.

If you are local:

Consider becoming a Mentor to a Young Leader.

Consider speaking about your career or sharing your skills with our students on more short term projects

- For more details on either of these projects contact AJ Davis at 842-529-3014

Weekend Group Projects for locals or out-of-towners:

We are look for groups in the summer and spring of 2008 who are willing to complete landscaping and painting projects at homes we are renovating.  These homes are being rehabilitated for first time homebuyers.

Over the course of the summer Metanoia is looking for out of town groups to take on one of several painting projects for seniors in our community who own their own homes.  Contact Bill Stanfield for more details.

Download Metanoia's out of town volunteer manual to see if volunteering with Metanoia is right for your group.

Pray for Metanoia

Prayer Requests:

Below is a set of prayer requests that is updated monthly.

We see that prayer makes a difference at Metanoia and it is greatly appreciated.

This summer Metanoia is be doubling the size of our Freedom School to serve 100 students on two campuses please pray for our students and staff as they begin this important time.  We are asking God for safety and lots of growth for all of us involved.

Please pray for our process of identifying potential homebuyers in our community and getting them partnered with homes.  We have two homes for sale and we have felt the pinch of a tightening housing market.

We are very thankful for the many ways in which God is doing wonderful things at Metanoia.

Thank you for your prayers and support!
